Job Description
The Production Specialist blends and mixes raw materials into finished liquid and powdered products, according to specified formulas, packs both liquid and powdered blended products into the required SKUs, receives incoming raw materials and packaging supplies, and moves raw materials and packaging supplies from storage area to production work station and the finish products from production work station to warehouse staging area.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
- Receives all incoming raw materials and packaging supplies from vendor. Ensure that the correct quantity of the item being delivered is correct. Report discrepancy to the Production & QA Supervisor. Sign the receiving documents and forward the same to the Production & QA Supervisor.
- Load to the contractor's truck drums and totes that needs to be washed, unload the washed drums and totes, store for future use.
- Read and interpret mix sheets, assuring proper raw materials are used.
- Check all raw materials to be used for any contamination.
- Operate various controls and pumps to move the liquid materials from storage totes, drums and pails to the mix tank.
- Operate controls to heat or cool the batch as needed. Observe chemical reaction in batches, adjusting heat, coolant and/or agitation to maintain batch within specification limits for specific gravity, viscosity, etc. Monitor equipment for failures or potential problems.
- Send samples to QC lab for tests and make any needed adjustments to the batch.
- Mark and control partially used raw materials for reuse.
- Periodically calibrate weighing scales to assure accuracy.
- Operate the different filling machines to pack the products in the desired SKUs. Report any failure or potential problem encountered with the use of the different filler.
- Ensure that the packed products are properly arranged in the pallet , transfer the pallets of products to the warehouse staging area. Record the quantity of product packed
- Must perform all job duties in accordance with production and quality standards.
- Perform other duties in the department as required by the Production & QA Supervisor.
- Wear and use all safety equipment provided and follow all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Physical Efforts
- Job requires part-time strenuous activity, moving 25kilogram bags and pails and drums up to 300 kilogram in weight, an average of 3 batches per day.
- Continuous handling of finished goods, weighing an average of 16-30 kilos. Job requires constant standing, bending and stooping, stack cases and carbouys up to 4 feet high.
Attention and Concentration
- Close attention to set-up, weights, raw materials use, mixing times and product consistency.
- Assure that cases, carbouy and drums are properly sealed and labeled. Catch leakers. Assure accurate counts. See that products are properly stacked in pallets.
Responsibility for Equipment or Process
Responsible for daily maintenance and routine check of the forklift truck as well as avoiding damage to plant equipment.
Responsibility for Materials or Products
- Delivery of products to the customer could be damaged, involving salvage and/or scarp. Improper handling can damage product. Improper delivery can result in high additional cost.
- Failure to catch leaking containers, put caps on all gallon containers, exact number of gallons in a box and improper stacking could result in damage cases, loss of products and rework. Cost could run as high as 5000 pesos.
Responsibility for the Safety of Others
Extreme care must be exercised to properly follow mix sheet to avoid fire, explosion or toxic fumes. Must follow chemical handling guidelines.
Must exercise care in product storage.

Pre-Production
- Collaborate with the marketing team, video producers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for photo and video content aligned with branding priorities.

Pre-Session Preparation
- Verify webcast details against the platform and operational schedules to ensure correct session setup.
- Coordinate with instructors to confirm session details and technical requirements.
- Execute pre-session checks (audio, video, connectivity) and troubleshoot any identified issues.
Post-Session Administration
- Confirm recording activation where required.
- Maintain accurate records of session attendance and engagement metrics, submitting them to Programme Managers within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Flag and escalate all technical issues or user feedback to the Production Manager.
- Complete the DWA report form after each webcast to document session performance.
Technical and Operational Excellence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of webcast technologies and proactively recommend improvements to workflows.
- Develop and maintain internal training and documentation for webcast processes.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure infrastructure readiness for all virtual events.
Qualifications:
Required
- Prior experience in webcast production, virtual event support, or online learning delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency with virtual meeting and webinar platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedicated client-service mindset.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively troubleshoot live technical issues.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as part of a distributed team.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience working in a regulated or professional services environment.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support global sessions.
- Note: This role is primarily focused on the 19:00–04:00 shift (PST/GMT+8 equivalent); however, flexibility is required to cover broader business needs.

Job Description
+ Executes dataset onboarding process where data assets are onboarded from various sources but primarily from CDD (Central Data Distribution)/ Data IQ.
+ Configure and execute the ETL script using the specified database name and create a new ETL database instance.
+ Perform post-load analysis by comparing row counts & etc. with previous releases using dataset documentation or ims-schemas & environment provisioning
+ Provision ETL databases across Dev, Demo, and Live environments using the provisioning script.
+ Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
+ Reference Database creation, configuration and loading, this includes running a specific SSIS package on the staging server via the Integration Services Catalog, ensuring it's configured with the correct parameters, especially the Snowflake database name.
+ Backup and restore the reference database across dev, demo, and live environments using SQL Target parameters.
+ Integration Configuration- request and insert required IDs via ID Gatekeeper for integration scripts, execute integration scripts in Snowflake (Dev) and SQL servers (Demo & Live).
+ Permissions Management- applying new dataset permissions across all environments & run auto grant release permission script in Live and coordinating with HDE Support for broader access.
+ Quality Assurance- conducting QA in Dev and Demo before proceeding to live and validating data integrity and ensure no significant drop in row counts compared to previous releases.
+ Defines and updates documentation as necessary to maintain database quality.
+ Serves as first escalation point for issue resolution and keeps track of said issues.
+ Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements.
+ Coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders globally.
**Job Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum of four (4) years of experience related to IQVIA production and development or experience with applications mentioned below.
+ Proficient in SQL- ability to write queries to manipulate and retrieve data, understand basic to intermediate SQL syntax and structure.
+ Knowledgeable to the following applications/tools/systems:
+ **Must have** - **Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (18), Visual Studio 2022, Snowflake, Gitlab, ID Gatekeeper** **and;**
+ **Nice to have - JIRA** , ARA
+ Version Control Proficiency- Manage changes in code, collaborate with others, and maintain a history of project development, understanding in basic Git terminology (commit, create branch, merge, clone, push, pull)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis (eg, macro, functions, formula, etc.)
+ Proficient in written and oral communication skills with a customer service focused approach and stakeholder management.
+ Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
+ Amenable to work on Hybrid set up in Mckinley, Taguig
+ Amenable to work on Mid shift as well as night shift if needed.
