Key Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:

Innovation/Renovation

• Identify and validate operational requirements for the implementation of new products or technology.
• Document the operating standards and procedures for production use or reference

Compliance

• Ensure that current technology is capable to sustain product compliance through statistical validation of process capability
• Explore alternative solutions to sustain product compliance in collaboration with product development specialist and other support services

Process Optimization – in collaboration with the Product Development Manager

• Leads process optimization with focus on improved conversion cost without compromise on product quality and safety or regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Drives problem solving activities for key technology issues
• Provides technical support for production during production problem solving
• Liaises with R&D on technology developments

Production Operation Job

• Supervision of different production mixing lines at any given time or as mandated by immediate superior
• Must sustain environment filled with team spirit among the members of various production line
• Responsible in maintaining Industrial Peace specially since our production plant is unionized
• Make sure all machines are in A-1 conditions and is set on its designed production capacity

• 12+ years' experience in semiconductor assembly / test production and/or materials planning, supply chain solutions and manufacturing system solutions.
• Strong Supply Chain Knowledge and/or Manufacturing knowledge with experience with ERP system and/or manufacturing system such as Oracle, Kinaxis, FP, FAST, etc.
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, and Execution Skills.
• Ability to Conduct Detailed and complex Data Analysis and Data Coordination across Different Systems and turn it into actionable information with SQL, excel, or self-developed programs, etc.

Handles PCBA materials (components & raw PCB), process, and equipment (through-hole & SMT)

Handling Engineering changes and technical documentation

Flying Probe Tester Programming and Set-up

Conducts problem-solving process/product failure analysis, and investigation

Conducts process verification and audit based on established standards

Experience working with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning, etc.) to support continuous production.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and capacity planning.

Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and cycle time analysis.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tooling and layout planning.

Competent in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
