DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Production Oversight

• Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production flow and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.

F. Process Improvement

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address production challenges and share insights on potential improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or any related field; Relevant years of experience in a Furniture/Manufacturing company in similar position held will be considered in absence of college or bachelor degree.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in a production role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality management system is an advantage.

Skills: Keen attention to details. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.Familiarity with woodworking machinery and production techniques. Certification in quality management or production management is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily production, logistics and warehouse transaction and activities. Ensuring compliance of the operations team with the standard processes. This role involves ensuring that timelines are met and delivered based on requirement. The Operations coordinator will assess the required raw materials for production and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Coordinates with Sales Department on requirement, dispatch and return. Preferred Qualification:
