About the Role

Regent Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our state-of-the-art food production facility in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes, optimizing productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage and coordinate all operations in production

This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

• Manage plant operations: production, QA, maintenance, and safety.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, DOST, DOLE, DENR, and LGU regulations.
• Approve raw materials, monitor supplier quality, and evaluate new vendors.
• Support new product development and technical trials.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality and safety issues, and apply preventive actions.
• Mentor and lead QA, production, and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in QA, food safety, or technical management in food manufacturing (bakery/noodle industry an advantage).
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications: HACCP, GMP, Food Safety (Bakery Science Certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge in bakery, pastry, and noodle processes, QA systems, and regulatory compliance.
