Job Summary:

The Production Helper supports the production team in daily manufacturing operations. This role includes assisting with equipment setup and operation, handling raw materials, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment. The Production Helper works closely with production operators and team members to ensure efficient and safe production while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist production operators and team members with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Handle and load raw materials, components, and supplies to ensure availability for production runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including cleaning machinery, tools, and production areas.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Officer.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a noisy, industrial environment.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

PART 1: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Ability to read and understand basic shop drawings

·    Ability to use tape measure

·    Ability to use hand tools such as hand drill and hand grinder in a safe and effective manner

·    Willing to work extended hours when required

PART 2: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·    At least high school graduate/Vocational graduate

·    Experience in metal cabinet assembly is an edge

·    With certificate of employment, as necessary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform checking & receiving Bad orders(returned; leaking products) from customers.
• Loading and unloading bad orders.
• Segregating and transferring oil to drums.
• Quality Control: Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or quality issues in the returned products.
• Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Assist Metal Fab Personnel.
• Lifting metal sheets, Trimming, Buffing, Grinding, Welding and Wiring.
• Assembly of panel enclosure and cable tray's.

JOB SUMMARY

Assists in the production of quality product in a safe and productive manner, working together with the slitter machine operator, to meet daily production downtime and order completion expectation

• Helps putting slitting scrap to scrap winder and taking slitting scrap weight thru weighing scale.
• Helps the uncoiler operator to take off the coil cover.
• Helps the operator if there's breakdown on the machine
• Reports all breakdown / trouble of machine operatos.
