Identifies and troubleshoots potential issues and problems associated with the machine during the manufacturing process, and integrates possible preventive and corrective actions and a monthly performance report.

Ensures that the working guide/instructions are being implemented and followed during the process, and provides an action plan when production output is below what is expected.

Ensures that all products are within the specification in accordance with the requirements of our customers/ clients.

Serves as the team's technical subject matter expert and technical escalation resource by creating and conducting training/training plan and meetings for all Screw Operators.
