• Inspects the maintenance status of all equipment, utilities, and software to ensure the highest performance of machines. Creates a work request to the concerned service provider, any equipment, utility, or software found to have any anomalous observation.

Functions:

To conduct inspection and testing, analyze measurements, and monitor production processes.

Inspection and testing of raw materials and CPI finished products. Maintaining quality assurance and quality control records.

Prepare production schedule as per site requirements and contract. Supervise the production of precast panels as per the schedule and specification. To oversee overall manpower and ensure safety compliance.

To develop, maintain, and submit reports of materials usage and product output as per agreed deadlines.

Monitor and prepare material requests. To monitor and check installation progress and report to management.

To make test samples as per standard requirements. Perform site inspection for products being installed at project sites.

Create reports showing inspection and testing performance. Coordinates closely with the site to ensure compliance with set standards.

Perform other tasks that may be given from time to time. Check the quality of the precast

panels on sites for acceptance, including a specified tolerance.

Qualification:

Licensed Civil Engineer

With at least 5 years of experience in the field of precast concrete or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-3 years of work experience in PE/IE molding is preferred
• Preferably Industrial Engineering Graduate
• Mold setup skill and experience
• With knowledge in fixture design/simple fixture manufacture
• Good knowledge Injection Machine parameter's adjustment and tool setting
• Provide support execute the instructions given related to production matters
• Ability to work under pressure
