The Production Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the America's Production Design Team through the creation of production design deliverables. The role will report directly to a Manila-based Production Design Supervisor and will utilize branded templates to create, manage, and edit high-quality production design materials in support of new and existing business opportunities. Production Design Specialists will coordinate with their Supervisor to ensure the timely completion of requests that align with brand standards.
A successful candidate has a knowledge of marketing design and production processes and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to various requestors.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Produce template-based design deliverables (e.g., proposals, presentations, flyers, brochures) aligned with brand standards.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to clarify task requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
- Proactively develop skills using available resources and seek opportunities for growth.
- Identify and escalate team improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or relevant, with strong creative and production skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
