  2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the dressing plant and further processing (e.g., deboning, portioning, marination, value-added products).

  3. Align production schedules with sales forecasts, customer orders, and market demand.
  4. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to balance supply and demand.
  5. Adjust production plans based on actual plant performance, equipment downtime, or raw material availability.

  6. Inventory Management & Control

  7. Monitor and control raw materials (live birds, meat cuts, marinades, spices, packaging materials)

  8. Ensure adequate stock levels to support uninterrupted production while avoiding overstocking and wastage.
  9. Implement FIFO/FEFO systems to maintain freshness and traceability.
  10. Coordinate with Warehouse and Cold Storage for raw material and finished goods movement.

  11. Data Monitoring & Analysis

  12. Track production yields, recovery rates, and wastage levels from live bird to dres weight, deboned cuts, and further processed products.

  13. Analyze variances between production plans vs. actual output and recommen corrective actions
  14. Generate regular reports on production efficiency, Inventory status, and order fulfillment.

  15. Coordination & Communication

  16. Liaise with QA/QC to ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, BAI, NMIS).

  17. Work closely with Purchasing for timely raw material replenishment.
  18. Coordinate with Logistics/Dispatch for delivery scheduling of finished products.
  19. Serve as a communication link between sales/marketing and plant operations.

  20. Support ERP/WMS/MRP system implementation and ensure accurate encoding of production and inventory data.
