Job Description
The Product Marketing Content Specialist directly reports to the Product Marketing Manager and is expected to provide operational and administrative support mainly to the content subdomain of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the product content subdomain of Product Marketing, i.e. product collaterals, product release content, and other content-related executions
- Help in creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms including but not limited to website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals
- Assist in the other functions of Product Marketing, i.e. product roadmap and planning, competitor research, especially if the task is heavy on product content
- Help operationalize/execute all product marketing work plans
- Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities
- Give creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals
- Help manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, and alert the Product Marketing Manager for issues that need attention
- Help ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- With at least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
- Flexible and can work under pressure
- Can multi-task
- Methodical, meticulous and well-organized
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities
- Persistent and resourceful
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can render overtime whenever needed
