Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or certification in market research or data analytics is a plus.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field is required.
Experience in survey design, focus groups, and consumer behavior analysis is highly desirable.
Experience in developing and presenting market research reports and insights to senior management.
Hands-on experience with market research methodologies such as qualitative and quantitative research, ethnographic studies, and competitive analysis.
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, Excel, or Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for presentations.
Knowledge of survey software such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Ability to work with big data and experience in data mining.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Critical Thinking: Ability to identify market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and potential business opportunities through thorough data analysis.
