Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related disciplines

  • Solid legal background with strong understanding of online gaming or fintech regulatory environments

  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the gaming or digital entertainment industry

  • Strong ability to interpret legal texts, draft internal compliance policies, and translate legal changes into actionable internal processes

  • Capable of conducting independent legal research and comparative regulatory analysis across jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Philippines, LATAM region)

  • Demonstrated experience bridging legal concepts with operational needs across departments (Product, Marketing, Platform, etc.)

  • Experience mentoring junior staff or leading regulatory projects is a plus.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple regulatory and research tasks under pressure
