Responsibilities
- Process PDF documents containing furniture specifications and convert them into structured digital entries
- Write detailed furniture descriptions based on provided documentation and specifications

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:

As Jr. Product Specialist;
- Serves as primary contact person for orthopedic support in the areas of surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service technical support.
- Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest development, recommended therapies, and technological updates and current items of interest in the industry.
- Attends surgical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with PSI orthopedics products.
- Ensures proper and timely sales ordering and submission of required documentation needed for sales process and collection in accordance with Company's policy and procedure.
As Inventory Custodian;
- Responsible for monitoring of stocks
- Performing timely Monthly Physical count & weekly cycle count of inventory ensuring that all is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
- Ensure proper safekeeping & storage of inventory
- Maintain adequate inventory level to meet customer demand
- Investigate and report any discrepancies found in inventory
- Reporting of defective products discovered.
- Check date sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal & transfer of product as needed
- Coordinate closely with customer service & logistics department
- Timely submission of case reports (product used in cases)
