- Create a quote in our quoting system called PandaDoc - they would need access to our providers portal to check stock availability of items (Dicker Data, Ingram etc).
- Sending quote off to internal staff for review and final approval
- Once approved by internal team, send quote off to customer (on behalf of Service Delivery Manager)
- Once quote approved by customer, ask accounts to send invoice to customer to pay
- Once paid place the order with providers
- Provide tracking number
- Trace item until delivered.
- Will do admin, hybrid orders, identifying incident links and solutions

- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
- Must have at least 2 years + Admin/Purchasing experience
