JOB PURPOSE
+ Develops innovations and renovation of ice cream.
+ Ensures smooth technology transfer of product scale up to Factory .

+ Performs Risk Assessment of innovation & renovation projects with minimal guidance from Line Manager
+ Development of ingredients for ice cream use with minimal guidance from Line Manager
+ Conducts product stability testing both for RM's and FG.
+ Ensures product formulation compliance with country regulatory requirements
Upholding R&D Systems and SOPs
+ Complies to internal and external regulatory requirements

+ Data completeness and accuracy in SAP PLM
+ BOM maintenance of products
