Dexcom's business is experiencing solid global growth and because of this the Global Procurement function is expanding the Procurement team at Dexcom Global Business Services by hiring an Operations Analyst who will review existing process, identify process gaps, and propose a to-be process.
Procurement works with key internal departments and external vendors at some instance. The Operations Analyst will support Dexcom Global Corporate business needs and procurement needs. The role is also expected to be responsible for documenting and improving existing processes. The candidate is expected to adapt to change and work efficiently with urgency. The Operations analyst will apply their Lean Six Sigma skillset to drive consistency and efficiency throughout the procurement process. Deploy framework to improve Process performance on the shop floor.
Lead VSM and Problem Solving Workouts with the various businesses
Monitor & audit the deployed processes for effectiveness & efficiency
Responsible for the Visual Management of dashboards & metrics
Responsible for generating business impact for the clients using the CI methodologies and frameworks
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Six Sigma experience must be in a Business Process Outsourcing context
Candidates must have launched & mentored several operational improvement projects, that may have contributed to revenue generation, First Call Resolution & Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Preferred qualifications
Preferably candidates who have supported banking, financial services & insurance clients.
Candidate must be at the least Green Belt Certified
