About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the
Aboriginal Health Division
as a
Principal Project Cultural Lead,
where you will be responsible for:

  • Provide cultural leadership and guidance to ensure WCHN's projects whether clinical or operational, ensuring work is culturally safe, relevant, and responsive.
  • Work in partnership with the Principal Project Allyship Lead to deliver outcomes from the Innovate RAP and Strategy Refresh 2026 and beyond.
  • Lead and shape the cultural dimensions and integrity of projects, drawing on cultural knowledge, lived experience, and community connections.
  • Build and maintain respectful, trust-based relationships with staff, consumers, families, communities, and partners to support reconciliation and allyship.
  • Support the coordination, monitoring, and sustainable implementation of reconciliation, anti-racism, and allyship initiatives across the network.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • For RN/M3 classification, registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams while fostering growth and development in others.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence, including effective engagement with Aboriginal consumers and stakeholders, with knowledge of cultural sensitivity, colonisation, racism, and socioeconomic impacts on health.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing and midwifery practice, healthcare issues, legislation, standards, codes of ethics, and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company's only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.

ceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Engineer – Project Execution (Civil) (3-year fixed term),who will provide and coordinate with Engineering Services for Projects being undertaken by the Capital Projects Group, under the overall control of the Manager – Capital Projects. This individual will coordinate the input of engineering, design, project control, procurement, contracts, estimating and construction functions for the various Projects being undertaken. The role will report to the Superintendent – Project Execution.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Promote safety health & environmental awareness in order to prevent injuries and/or damage.
  • Ensure all incidents are reported via line management and ensure open communication is maintained for all HS&E information
  • Assist the Superintendent – Project Execution in identifying resource skills and opportunities within the Project Execution team to execute tasks and act as the liaison with these resources to initiate and manage the Capital works being undertaken.
  • Prepare documentation for all phases of Capital Works including; Concept Studies, User Requirements Specifications (URS); Project Execution Plans (PEP); AFE's and Close out Reports
  • Prepare (within discipline) and assist (across disciplines) in the preparation of documentation for Capital Works Contracts including; Scopes of Work (SOW); pricing schedules; Material Take Offs (MTO's), tender reviews, tender clarifications and tender recommendations
  • Develop metrics for the measurement of Engineering and Construction Works in progress, collect data for tracking progress against plan and provide inputs for weekly and monthly reports.

Role Overview

The Project Execution Director will lead the delivery of
Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects
in the Philippines and Thailand, ensuring they are executed
on-time, on-budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards
. This role covers the full project lifecycle from
post-contract award to commissioning and handover
to the O&M team. The Director will manage internal engineering and project management teams, coordinate with EPC partners, oversee supply chain and permitting, and act as the main interface with clients for execution-related matters.

This position requires both
strategic oversight and hands-on leadership
, with strong cross-cultural and cross-border project experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Execution Oversight


• Lead and manage execution of all C&I solar projects in the Philippines and Thailand (rooftop, ground-mount, hybrid with BESS).


• Oversee the full project lifecycle:
detailed design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and client handover
.


• Ensure delivery against contractual obligations (PPAs, EPC agreements, performance guarantees).


• Establish standardized
execution playbooks, QA/QC protocols, and safety frameworks
across both markets.

2. Engineering & Technical Coordination


• Coordinate with internal
engineering team
on detailed design, interconnection approvals, and DU/EGAT (Thailand) grid compliance.


• Evaluate and approve technical solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and bankability.


• Drive
value engineering
initiatives to lower CAPEX/LCOE while maintaining performance ratio targets.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
ASEAN codes, standards, and permitting requirements
.

3. Supply Chain & Procurement Management


• Oversee procurement of modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance-of-system equipment.


• Negotiate with suppliers and EPC partners to optimize costs, warranties, and delivery schedules.


• Build strategic vendor relationships across ASEAN to secure supply in volatile markets.


• Manage logistics, warehousing, and cross-border customs compliance.

4. Construction Management & Site Oversight


• Oversee project managers and site engineers to ensure construction aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards.


• Implement strong
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies
, aligned with DOLE (Philippines) and Thailand Labor standards.


• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, resolving bottlenecks proactively.


• Ensure effective contractor management, including

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

clients, distribution utilities, regulators (DOE/ERC in PH, DEDE/EGAT in TH)

6. Leadership & Team Development

7. Financial & Risk Management

• Support CFO and COO in project financing by providing execution timelines and capex forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience



Education
: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering (PE license preferred); Master's in Engineering/PM or MBA is a plus.



Experience
:



12–15 years
in renewable energy or power infrastructure execution.


• Minimum
5 years in senior project leadership
in solar PV (C&I, utility-scale, or hybrid projects).


• Proven track record in managing

Role Overview

The Project Execution Director will lead the delivery of
Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects
in the Philippines and Thailand, ensuring they are executed
on-time, on-budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards
. This role covers the full project lifecycle from
post-contract award to commissioning and handover
to the O&M team. The Director will manage internal engineering and project management teams, coordinate with EPC partners, oversee supply chain and permitting, and act as the main interface with clients for execution-related matters.

This position requires both
strategic oversight and hands-on leadership
, with strong cross-cultural and cross-border project experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Execution Oversight


• Lead and manage execution of all C&I solar projects in the Philippines and Thailand (rooftop, ground-mount, hybrid with BESS).


• Oversee the full project lifecycle:
detailed design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and client handover
.


• Ensure delivery against contractual obligations (PPAs, EPC agreements, performance guarantees).


• Establish standardized
execution playbooks, QA/QC protocols, and safety frameworks
across both markets.

2. Engineering & Technical Coordination


• Coordinate with internal
engineering team
on detailed design, interconnection approvals, and DU/EGAT (Thailand) grid compliance.


• Evaluate and approve technical solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and bankability.


• Drive
value engineering
initiatives to lower CAPEX/LCOE while maintaining performance ratio targets.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
ASEAN codes, standards, and permitting requirements
.

3. Supply Chain & Procurement Management


• Oversee procurement of modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance-of-system equipment.


• Negotiate with suppliers and EPC partners to optimize costs, warranties, and delivery schedules.


• Build strategic vendor relationships across ASEAN to secure supply in volatile markets.


• Manage logistics, warehousing, and cross-border customs compliance.

4. Construction Management & Site Oversight


• Oversee project managers and site engineers to ensure construction aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards.


• Implement strong
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies
, aligned with DOLE (Philippines) and Thailand Labor standards.


• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, resolving bottlenecks proactively.


• Ensure effective contractor management, including
claims resolution and variation order negotiations
.

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement


• Act as the senior project interface with
clients, distribution utilities, regulators (DOE/ERC in PH, DEDE/EGAT in TH)
, and local governments.


• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to clients and senior management.


• Build strong relationships with
local authorities and permitting bodies
to ensure smooth project delivery.

6. Leadership & Team Development


• Build, lead, and mentor a
binational execution team
(Philippines + Thailand).


• Manage project managers, engineers, HSSE officers, and field staff across multiple sites.


• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.


• Ensure knowledge transfer and consistency of execution standards across both countries.

7. Financial & Risk Management


• Monitor project budgets, cashflows, and milestone payments.


• Implement rigorous project controls to track
cost, schedule, and performance deviations
.


• Lead risk management workshops; proactively address supply chain, technical, and permitting risks.


• Support CFO and COO in project financing by providing execution timelines and capex forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience



Education
: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering (PE license preferred); Master's in Engineering/PM or MBA is a plus.



Experience
:
12–15 years
in renewable energy or power infrastructure execution.


• Minimum
5 years in senior project leadership
in solar PV (C&I, utility-scale, or hybrid projects).


• Proven track record in managing
multi-site, cross-border projects
in ASEAN (Philippines/Thailand preferred).


• Deep knowledge of

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company's only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.

OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Engineer - Project Execution (Mechanical) (3 year Fixed-Term), who will provide and coordinate with Engineering Services for Projects being undertaken by the Capital Projects Group, under the overall control of the Manager – Capital Projects. This individual will coordinate the input of engineering, design, project control, procurement, contracts, estimating and construction functions for the various Projects being undertaken. The role will report to the Superintendent – Project Execution.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Promote safety health & environmental awareness in order to prevent injuries and/or damage.
  • Ensure all incidents are reported via line management and ensure open communication is maintained for all HS&E information
  • Assist the Superintendent – Project Execution in identifying resource skills and opportunities within the Project Execution team to execute tasks and act as the liaison with these resources to initiate and manage the Capital works being undertaken.
  • Prepare documentation for all phases of Capital Works including; Concept Studies, User Requirements Specifications (URS); Project Execution Plans (PEP); AFE's and Close out Reports
  • Prepare (within discipline) and assist (across disciplines) in the preparation of documentation for Capital Works Contracts including; Scopes of Work (SOW); pricing schedules; Material Take Offs (MTO's), tender reviews, tender clarifications and tender recommendations
  • Develop metrics for the measurement of Engineering and Construction Works in progress, collect data for tracking progress against plan and provide inputs for weekly and monthly reports.

  • Compile QA/QC documentation into structured hand over packs during the course of the works, finalise QA/QC hand over packs at the end of each work package/project.
