Objectives

• To see to it that PLE Machine (TCBP & STAP) of his assignment is properly check for condition and all problems encountered during the previous run are properly addressed.
• To ensure all data are properly inputted to the working system (PFDMS, SAP, SAM) as per activity requirement.
• To facilitate maintenance and cleaning of all Packing related equipments.

Main Responsibilities

• Performs preparation of his assigned PLE Line prior to production utilization.
• Ensure cleanliness of his assigned PLE Line.
• Check/ensure all required parameters are properly set
• Input necessary data on the working system (PFDMS,SAP & SAM) Facilitate product (package) Straw Application & Carton Packing operation.
• Facilitate carton / straw preparation and withdrawal.
• Assist palletizer in line sampling for incubation and facilitate proper waste disposal.
• Conduct Weekly and Daily Care Maintenance after every production cycle.
• Assist UHT technician on the machines scheduled TPMS of his machine assignment. 9. Ensure compliance with the Factory Safety Rules and Regulations
• Actively participate in NSMS/NEMS activities ( e.g. Conduct of BBS, participate in safety meetings, conduct safety inspections, JHA, WHA and take part in SHE suggestion system via MDWT.
• Take active participation in MDWT activities (JDI, CDM, KAIZEN, 5S) and other quality and productivity related programs of the company.
• Comply with Hygiene and Sanitation, NGMP and other environmental cleaning and improvement related activities.
• Performs other jobs that may be assigned to him from time to time by his superior.

Job Overview:

The Integrated Deos Line Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on Deos machines. S/he will be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications, adjusting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications, and operating Deos machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sheeter/Make-up Line Operator is responsible for Dough lamination/folding and/or sheeting dough using Dough Sheeter and/or Make-up Line in a safe and proper handling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up all machine operation setting such as the speed, size before running the machines.
• Tests the machines before beginning the work procedure to ensure it's in good running condition.
• Laminate/fold dough based on product work instructions.
• Controls and adjusts the settings and functions of the machine such as the operating speed as necessary.
• Monitors activities and records results as they happen with accuracy and in the appropriate monitoring forms to establish the number of calibrations done to the machine, down time and other pertinent quality and food safety data.
• Cleans the surface of the machine after every shift and as needed to prevent dirt build up and contamination.
• Cleans and practices Clean as You Go (CLAYGO) in his/her workstation to promote a safe and clean work environment.
• Reports to superiors all equipment, materials and product non-conformities to allow for proper and immediate resolution.
• Reports food safety incidences to superiors to intervene against actual or suspected threats and protect consumers' interest and business integrity.
• Performs job related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE

• Licenses or Certification: None.
• Education or Training: Must be a High School/Trade or Vocational School Graduate.
• Skills & Experience: Preferably with minimum of 1-2 years experience as a machine operator.
