As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure our customers' technical health and success across all products. The Solutions Engineering team will be divided into three specialized areas: Platform, Data Protection, and Security. Each area will have dedicated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the team.
What You'll Do
Primary Technical Contact and Quarterback
- Build a relationship with strategic accounts and leverage that relationship to ensure partner engagement.
- Improve the partner journey by reducing friction at all parts of the journey.
- Serve as a primary POC for partners to help them find information and solutions that make them a successful MSP.
- Act as a quarterback for technical escalations for our partners, involving stakeholders and use relationship and knowledge to de-escalate issues. Take ownership of the communication and follow through until completion.
Customer Technical Health

Technical Engagement
