**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and work-flows by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise within Risk Management
+ Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analyzing credit and financial performance and utilizing statistical scoring, segmentation, and regression and simulation techniques

+ Ensures accuracy of market data captured from service provider, as well as its proper recording into the Bank's data systems.
+ Prepares reports required by other departments, Head Office, BSP and other external regulatory agencies.

As an Information Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Functions IRM team in the delivery of IRM COE services. You will be assigned to one or more areas to which you will execute documented process workflows.

**Responsibilities**:
- Execute documented process workflows to deliver the following services:
- Information Security Management (ISM)
- Network Security reviews
- Technical Infrastructure Assessments
- Logging and monitoring
- Information Protection
- General Information Risk Management (IRM)
- Information Risk and Control Assessments
- Responsible of Archer data quality and CAP management (updates for reporting and closing)
- Maintain content within Information Risk Management systems
- Update IRM documentation as required
- Conduct information requests, assessments, and system/log monitoring activities
- Work with all levels of the organization to perform assigned duties
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas
- Work independently on assigned tasks while providing regular progress updates to onshore partners and MBPS ITSBR team lead

**What we are looking for**
- Strong focus and attention to detail in both normal and high-pressured situations
- Effective administrative and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in using Archer is preferred
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., Yammer and MS Teams)
- Working knowledge of IRM principles in one or more areas is preferred (Information Security Management, Technology Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Operations and Controls & Compliance)
- Knowledge of and experience with IT principles, operations, and processes are important
- Exposure to financial services or similar complex large corporate environments with the depth and complexity comparable to Manulife Financial.
- Hands-on experience as an IT Systems, Security or Risk Analyst is an asset
