About the role
This is a full-time Swimming Pool Attendant position at Green Canyon Leisure Farms Corp' located in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga. As a Swimming Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool facilities to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Regularly monitoring and testing the pool water to maintain proper chemical balance and sanitation levels
- Cleaning the pool, pool deck and surrounding areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Ensuring all pool equipment and facilities are in good working condition and properly maintained
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines to keep swimmers safe
- Maintaining detailed records of pool operations, chemical levels, and incident reports
- Assisting with setting up and dismantling pool equipment as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Attendant or in a similar role in the pool maintenance
- Knowledge of pool water chemistry, sanitation, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and moving equipment
- Valid certification in pool operations and Basic Water Safety or a willingness to obtain one

About The Role
KITSCH is currently looking for four motivated and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Customer Support team. You will be responsible for responding to customer service tickets, assisting customers with order related requests using Shopify connected Apps, and providing personalized information about Products and unique Beauty needs.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Respond to customer service tickets via email, chat and phone in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution
- Work closely with other Customer Service Representatives to resolve customer needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
