About The Role
KITSCH is currently looking for four motivated and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Customer Support team. You will be responsible for responding to customer service tickets, assisting customers with order related requests using Shopify connected Apps, and providing personalized information about Products and unique Beauty needs.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Respond to customer service tickets via email, chat and phone in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution
• Work closely with other Customer Service Representatives to resolve customer needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Control

Ensure that branch-operating transactions are carried out in accordance to policies and procedures.

Act as primary custodian of cash and all other accountable items.

Exercises delegated limits in approving daily branch transactions.

Identifies risks and sets up controls to prevent potential losses.

· Service

Handle client inquiries and complaints.

Evaluates and recommends process change to improve customer service.

Formulate service plans and activities to achieve optimum service quality.

Handles monitoring and maintenance of branch premises and equipments.

Review delinquency on a daily basis.

· Sales

Helps the Branch operate profitably within defined targets.

Solicit accounts/cross-sells bank products and services.

· Financial Management

Contributes to management of branch cost efficiency.

· People Management

Manages and develops staff competencies through counseling, coaching and cross-posting.

Prepares succession planning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Accounting or any business related course
• Must have three (3) years of experience in branch operations with at least one (1) year supervisory experience
• With sound working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, branch operations, and risk management
• Basic supervisory skills and good communication skills
• Analytical and can work under pressure
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of Internet

We are looking for a Pool Technician who will be responsible for the proper cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs of pool facilities. The role ensures that the pool is safe, sanitary, and in good working condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool cleaning, water treatment, and chemical balancing.
• Conduct minor pool repairs and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasay for a Fleet and Motor Pool Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet and motor pool, including and attending branches request and . Daily tasks include supervising maintenance staff and mechanic teams, conducting preventive maintenance, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all equipment and vehicles is in optimal working condition. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of maintenance activities and coordinating with other departments to ensure fleet readiness and efficiency.
