Performs installation, assembly, and configurations of Server, POS, computers, network, and peripherals such as Printers, Scanners, Cashdrawer, and related store I.T.
- Performs repair and troubleshooting of both Hardware and Software related problems including network and peripheral equipment issues.
- Performs Preventive Maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) Units and peripherals. Store opening (Set-up & Standby On-site support).
- Provides timely updates for daily itineraries and on-time submission of necessary documents such as service calls, trip tickets, and delivery receipts & to other concerned groups.
- Work reflects maximum innovative use of time and resources to consistently surpass expectations and improve operations.
- Perform extra tasks aside from usual support tasks.
