Job Summary:
The Crushing Plant Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crushing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production of aggregates. This role involves managing plant personnel, coordinating with maintenance teams, and optimizing production processes to meet company standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the crushing plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate daily production activities to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Developing and managing the plant's operational and expense budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
