Job Description
The **Physical Therapist** is primarily responsible for implementing initial and subsequent treatment programs for disabled patients for rehabilitation within the referral of the Physiatrist-in-Charge after the evaluation was done. Provides physical therapy services to patients with disability and collaborates with other staff in promoting quality service.
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
- 1 year of work experience in a Hospital Setting.
- With extensive training in Physical Therapy.
- Must be a Registered Physical Therapist.
Health Requirements:
- In good health and able to work without restrictions as evidenced by results of annual physical examination.
- Physical Demands-Stooping, turning, bending, squatting, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Constant/repetitive standing.
