DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares the medication that will be dispensed by the Pharmacist to walk-in customers. < r>• Ensures that quality of medicines is maintained through proper handling and storage. < r>• Maintains organized filing of remittances receipt and transmittals at the end of the day. < r>• Monitors and endorses reservations of stocks for individual customers for a maximum reservation period of 24 hours. < r>• Monitors and endorses reservation of stocks for other clinic. < r>• Monitors, refills and request replenishment of office and housekeeping supplies. < r>• Monitors and records room temperatures two times a day: every 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. < r>a.) b) Works with Administrative Supervisor and plots logistic schedule and assigns Messengers locations for the day.
c) Coordinates with third party logistics providers the booking of pick-ups.
d) Monitoring shipment status details such as: flight, time of flight and arrival, waybill no and flight no.
**D. Assist in Purchase Order Management**
a. Books the request for imported raw materials via UPS.
