We are looking for an experienced District Manager to lead and drive sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the Oncology Division. Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement & Revenue

  • Set and implement plans to meet sales performance targets.

  • Create initiatives to sustain sales, product movement, and inventory levels across trade outlets, hospital pharmacies, and other accounts.

Territory & Business Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Ensure timely updates to MDs master lists to support business growth.
  • Oversee implementation of marketing programs as planned.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and in compliance with business codes of conduct.
  • Collaborate with HR to minimize team vacancies.
  • Manage operational expenses and company assets effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports within deadlines.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support business goals.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with Oncology division exposure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mobility to conduct regular fieldwork and willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, or related fields.
