Role Overview
Monitor adverse drug and device reports, support clinical trial and post-marketing safety activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Help maintain Pfizer's safety surveillance program by reviewing and processing safety data.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review adverse event cases for validity, seriousness, and accuracy.
- Write/edit case narratives and perform follow-ups as needed.
- Determine appropriate workflows and escalate complex cases.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Health or Life Sciences.
- 1+ year preferred experience in pharmacovigilance or data management.
- Medical writing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases and computer literacy required.
- Ability to solve routine problems with supervision and work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The Quality Assurance Intern will support the QA team in ensuring that mobile and web-based applications meet established standards of quality, including accessibility, usability, user experience, design, and performance. The intern will work closely with teams of quality assurance specialists, developers, designers, and project managers in an agile work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Manual Testing
- Execute pre-defined test cases across various functionalities and features on web/mobile apps
- Check UI, responsiveness, and behavior based on both website standards and the client's requirements
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes haven't introduced defects into existing functionalities
● Bug Reporting
- Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce and descriptions, including screenshots or recordings
- Document and track software defects (bugs) in a clear, concise, and reproducible manner using bug tracking tools
- Conduct retesting of fixed bugs to verify their resolution

- Record test results in Google Sheets
