Responsibilities are:
Administers all aspects of the seagoing personnel administration.
Perform crew planning and programming in accordance with the principals and vessel's requirements, including crew rotation scheme for ex-crewmembers of the Fleet.
Determine Fleet Pool Requirement and maintaining enough crew per position for rotation plan and to be able to provide qualified applicants at the required time.
Communicates with the Principal, Agents in ports of call, and the Master of the vessel, on matters pertaining to crew change arrangement.
Conduct Fleet interviews of applicants based on the hiring standards of the Company and its Principals.
Coordinate with the Sourcing/Recruitment Team pertaining to Fleet's crewing needs and for them to execute recruitment strategies.
Monitor the processing of crew documents lined up for the vessels to ensure its timely deployment in accordance with the vessel's crew change schedule.
Conduct pre-departure briefings to joiners on company and vessel quality and safety management system and the quality procedures relative to onboard operations and environmental protection.
Ensures the quality of Seafarer supplied to the principals are in compliance with the principal's specific instructions, qualification matrix and meeting standards at all times.
Oversee and monitor status of available ex-crew in database on Phoenix and schedule deployment, anticipating future Fleet's needs for crew rotation planning and recruitment.
Oversee the overall working progress of the Fleet.
Oversee the progress of recruitment, documentation, medical examination, and training schedule.
Oversee the updating of Crewing Software Modules (PHOENIX System).
