What you will do:
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and documenting them accordingly.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Who you are:
- Graduate of any course; college level/undergraduate are welcome.
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or related field in a BPO setting.
- Extensive experience and expertise in using Business Intelligence Tools is a definite plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs with advanced expertise in using Excel or GSheets
- Proficient in Power BI tool
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent in time management
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
