Job Summary
The Payroll Administrator I will assist with all payroll related activities of the company. Will be responsible for several local or international payrolls and ensure payroll deadlines are met. Will be responsible for payroll and time entry calculations where needed and the validation and auditing or payroll files. Working closely with the appointed payroll provider, will resolve payroll queries and escalations to ensure the employees pay is accurate and paid on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Calculate deductions to be made from wages, including social security, state and federal income taxes.
- Review payroll registers (e.g. earnings, deductions, taxes, ER cost) for accuracy and completeness before payroll salary disbursements are approved.
- Process garnishments and court orders which include child support, tax levies, bankruptcy orders, student loans, and wage assignments
- Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed
- Prepare payroll calendars and ensure pay cycles are completed on time
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, effective manner
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents
- Participate in system implementation and defect management by preparing for review business requirement documentation.
- Responsible for testing system configuration changes when required.
- Process payroll and employee queries in a timely manner ensuring resolution SLA's are met
- Assist and support the Payroll Clerk to ensure accuracy of payroll
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ year of relevant work experience in international payroll
- Must show proficiency in the use of payroll and time and attendance systems
- English proficiency required

payroll (e.g. bonuses, fringe benefits, and salaries for resigned or unpaid payroll)
• Send payroll instructions to the outsourced service provider and act as the point
person for any inquiries.
• Receive and review the payroll register from the oursourced service provider and
submit it to the Supervisor
• Prepare payroll journal entries and submit to the Supervisor for review & approval
• Upload approved journal entries in SAP
• Load the payroll payment in the Online Banking system and request bank signatories
to authorized the payment
