Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Monitoring and Data Analytics

  • Regular tracking of key performance metrics (revenue, census) of CONGO, Non-CONGO, Ancillary
  • Support pricing strategies for services based on market research and ROI analysis
  • Present insights on product, pricing, and process recommendations based on analysis

Revenue Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve products/service utilization

Market Analysis

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify service gaps
  • Analyze demographics, preference, and trends for new/existing services

Product/Service Development Support

  • Collaborate with back-end and medical teams to develop new/existing services

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course related to business, marketing, and sales
  • Preferably with prior work experiences related to data analytics, market analysis, and sales
  • Preferably with work experiences in the healthcare or hospital settings
