Education Pathways to Peace in Mindanao (Pathways) is a Philippines-Australia partnership supporting quality inclusive kindergarten to grade 3 education for all children in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

The program’s base of operations is in Cotabato City and covers all five provinces of BARMM.

**About the position**

The Organizational Development Adviser will develop and support a broad range of organisational development and change initiatives which impact the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) under the direction of the Office of the Minister.

This position will provide strategic and technical advice on institutional strengthening of MBHTE across a range of themes including (but not limited to): Strategic Planning (Programs and Project Management and Development), Organization Development, Strategic Human Resource Management and Development, Organisation structure development (transition and long-term), Stakeholder Engagement, and Process & System Analysis and Improvement.

This position will provide change management support to the Ministry as it implements different institutional reform priorities given the mandates of the Education Code and the Administrative Code.

Key Deliverables:

- Organisational development and change management initiatives are co-developed with MBHTE and Pathways team to respond to MBHTE’s transition and long-term strategic requirements

- Competencies on strategic HR, organization development and change management of MBHTE leaders, managers, relevant technical staff and the HR group are increased and applied
