**JOB OBJECTIVE:**
The Cadet Analyst, OPEX & Quality will support the Copeland Philippines group through the administration and implementation of activities related to Operational Excellence and Quality Management Systems programs and initiatives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS:**
**(1) Quality Management Systems**
Supports the Quality Management Lead/Representative in ISO Certification related tasks/activities:
**Internal Quality Audit** - aids LIQA in tasks related to the coordination and preparation for internal quality audit process.
**Process and Records Management** - assists the Document Control Lead in managing and improving the process & records process and repository.
**Corrective Action Report and Root Cause Counter Measure** - assists the Quality Circle Lead in the maintenance of the CAR and RCCM Tool. Provides support to teams in facilitating root cause analysis
**Risk and Opportunities** - assists the Risk Controller in reviewing and monitoring entries in the Integrated Risk Registry.
Responsible in organizing & coordination of ISO related events such as External Audit, QMS Week, QMS Roadshows, QMS Core Team Meeting/Planning, etc.
Development of actionable reports and dashboards for data/ information related to Quality Management Systems

+ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent course
**WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING**

**HR Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement**
