Pay Rate: $45.35-$50.35/hour
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient processing of procurement proposals, change orders, and project close outs. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative individual who will serve as the central point for managing our internal approval workflows. You will be responsible for routing proposals in our internal systems, proactively following up with cross-functional stakeholders to secure timely approvals, maintaining an accurate status tracker, and communicating any delays to Sourcing Managers as needed. Additionally, you will be supporting new vendor onboarding and producing summary/exception reporting on a cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal and Workflow Management: Initiate and manage the routing of
procurement proposals and change orders
- Maintain Proposal Status Tracker and communicate delays outside SLA
- New Vendor Onboarding Support: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper documentation is submitted systematically
- Reporting: Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling,
budget, and/or cost data
- Project Manager administrative support with tasks ranging from note taking
during coordination meetings to monitoring vendor schedules as needed
Skills
