Job Responsibilities
1、Perform scheduled monthly inspections of the data center to ensure stable operation of
UPS, batteries, precision air conditioning, power distribution, fire protection, and weak
current systems.
2、Responsible for routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, emergency handling, and repair of
data center equipment, and submit timely fault and optimization reports.
3、Carry out on-site operations under remote guidance, assisting professional leaders and
vendors in inspection, testing, and modifications.
4、Manage and distribute spare parts, ensure stock availability, and maintain
communication and coordination with equipment vendors.
5、Complete operation logs, inspection records, and maintenance reports to ensure
accuracy and completeness.
6、Strictly comply with safety standards and operating procedures to ensure the continuity
and stability of data center infrastructure.
Qualifications
1、College degree or above in Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Weak Current,
Electromechanical, or related majors.
2、Familiar with data center infrastructure, including power supply and distribution, UPS

Job Description
Reporting to the Equipment Supervisor, the Preventive Maintenance Mechanic is accountable and responsible for maintaining the correct level of PMS, lubrication oil, fuel and air cleaner filter of the equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate job order list including checking of service meter reading and odometer reading of the equipment.
Check and correct level and condition of oil, fuel and air cleaner filter etc. depending on the type of equipment which was assigned.
Make sure that the ignition key is pulled out before removing the filter and drain oil in the designated area to prevent spillage that can harm the environment.
Dispose waste filter and used oil in accordance with the policy and procedure.
Conduct visual inspection of the engine running.
Provide new Preventive Maintenance Identification and next PMS schedule.
Clean unit thoroughly.
Record and monitor preventive maintenance services.
Record on lube consumption, stock and proper storage of lubricants.
Perform minor equipment repair during PMS such as bolt tightening, defective hose replacement, busted auto bulbs etc.
Conduct inventory of oils and filters.
See to it that all equipment after going PMS have PMS ID visible to the Operators/Drivers
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least high school or vocational graduate
At least four (4) year related experience.
Passed the required trade test.
