BASIC FUNCTION

Directly responsible and manages subordinate staff members for the operational and administrative oversight of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).   • BSN, Registered Nurse

  • With at least 9 units of Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a complex healthcare environment.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice standards and regulations.

  • BLS and ACLS Certified
