  3. Monitor staff schedules (stockers, forklift operators, merchandisers) to ensure adequate coverage during night operations.
  4. Review receiving summaries and plan stock movement and replenishment accordingly.
  5. Prepare and update price signage, ensuring accuracy of product labels and displays.
  6. Implement and monitor all price changes in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all store aisles and selling areas.
  8. Ensure all appliance displays are properly shut down before store closing.
  9. Verify that all pallets are safely and properly stored in the steel racks.
  10. Conduct short debriefings or "splinter meetings" to align night shift teams on priorities and performance.
  11. Enforce proper grooming, discipline, and adherence to company standards among staff.
  12. Carry out additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisors.

The Role

As Night Supervisor (Senior Producer), you'll lead the nightshift TikTok Live team covering U.S. prime time. You'll ensure Hosts, Moderators, and Tech Ops stay on-script, the stream never drops, and every Live is compliant and optimized.

You'll be the hands-on leader at night, reporting into the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightshift Lives (1 AM – 1 PM PH, split across two shifts).
  • Manage Hosts, Moderators, Tech Ops, and Assistants during U.S. prime time.
  • Keep Lives aligned with company-provided SOPs and quality standards.
  • Ensure FTC compliance (training provided) and correct use of disclosures.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time (stream health, staff handoffs, script adjustments).
  • Coordinate with Editors and Media Buyer to flag Spark-ready clips.
  • Provide daily shift reports to the Director of Operations.
