The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator
• Must have prior MSP experience and be comfortable working with multiple clients
• Experienced in configuring firewalls, switches, and servers (WatchGuard and Fortinet preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Customer Service experience is a plus)
• Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of change control processes, proper documentation standards, and effective communication practices
• Experience working with Windows Server (up to 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
• Strong background in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, clustering technologies)
• Familiarity with VDI/Session-based desktop design (Citrix, Microsoft RDS)

Provide the following specific Telecom Service Delivery (SD) Services, to include:

(1) Manage the delivery of Circuits for simple to complex corporate network infrastructure projects involving dark fiber, leased circuits, inside plant fiber, outside plant fiber and IP Transit from order completion through delivery;
