The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator
- Must have prior MSP experience and be comfortable working with multiple clients
- Experienced in configuring firewalls, switches, and servers (WatchGuard and Fortinet preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Customer Service experience is a plus)
- Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of change control processes, proper documentation standards, and effective communication practices
- Experience working with Windows Server (up to 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
- Strong background in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, clustering technologies)
- Familiarity with VDI/Session-based desktop design (Citrix, Microsoft RDS)
- Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN infrastructure and system/network security best practices
