Key Responsibilities:
- Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform end-to-end router configuration (from unboxing to deployment).
- Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
- Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
- Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
- Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
