Subject Matter Expert
- Responsible for providing technical guidance to the network members

Troubleshooting

InfoSec, Audit & Compliance
- Responsible for ensuring that the team understands and follows the information security guidelines and policies of the company
- Ensures the team's adherence to existing change management guidelines and policies and implement configuration changes as per approved hardening policies
Skills Development
- Responsible for designing training and skills development roadmap for the team and ensuring its implementation and compliance
- Ensures that in-house training (train the trainer type) and vendor-provided trainings are properly managed and utilized by the team
- Responsible for ensuring personal improvement by engaging in technical and soft-skills training, either internal and/or external
- Leveraging on technical interaction with SME's from 3rd-party partners and other resources e.g. publicly published technical resources from principals and industry authorized institutions
Other qualifications:
