1. Accommodates patients during Onsite APE and Medical Mission.

2. Takes vital signs (blood pressure, height, weight, pulse rate and BMI computation).

3. Assists the Physician on-duty, as needed (particularly during pap smear procedure - assists in the preparation of pap smear kit)

4. Performs electrocardiogram (ECG).

6. Assists in carrying, loading and unloading of On-Site materials, supplies and equipment.

11. Returns any excess or unnecessary materials and supplies to stockroom upon return to office/clinic, and relay inventory count report to Chief Nurse (Onsite).

12. Assists in conducting inventory of Onsite supplies and equipment, as instructed by the Chief Nurse (On-Site).

13. May be trained in Audiometry and Spirometry, where applicable.

14. Ensures that wastes are properly segregated at source and transferred to proper storage upon return to office/clinic.

15. Reports immediately to Onsite Chief Nurse or Team Leader, any problem/s that has been encountered.

16. Ensures working area is clean and in an orderly manner at all times.

17. Ensures specified functions are carried out in accordance with the Company Procedures.

18. Performs other functions that may be assigned or requested, from time to time.

You'll work closely with physicians, case managers, and insurance providers to ensure optimal patient care while supporting cost containment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Active PRC License
• At least 1 year experience in acute hospital settings
• At least 1 year of experience in utilization review, case management, or medical management in BPO set up
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and utilization management guidelines (InterQual, MCG).
• Strong knowledgeable in EPIC/CERNER
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and UR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct utilization reviews using evidence-based clinical criteria (e.g., MCG, InterQual).
• Evaluate the appropriateness of healthcare services and ensure alignment with payer policies and regulatory guidelines.
