This role is ideal for someone who has spent years on the front lines of negotiations, working directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Negotiate and settle personal injury cases, including high-value automobile and trucking accident claims.
· Review and analyze medical records, insurance correspondence, and demand packages.
· Draft and finalize settlement demands.
· Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case value and resolution.
· Collaborate with U.S. attorneys and case managers to move cases toward timely settlement.
Qualifications:
· Licensed attorney in the Philippines (with active Roll Number and in good standing).
· At least 5 years of full-time experience negotiating personal injury cases.
· Strong knowledge of medical documentation and damages evaluation.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
· Proficiency in written and spoken English.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of deals after an LOI has been signed. You'll support the Deal Execution Manager in coordinating between stakeholders our buying partners, brokers, lenders, due diligence providers, and internal teams to keep deals on track and moving from LOI to Closing.
What You'll Do- Support the deal execution process – Assist in keeping all aspects of a deal moving smoothly with organized documentation and clear communication.
- Manage documents & checklists – Collect, prepare, and review key deal documents to ensure lender and SBA compliance.
- Coordinate diligence – Track outstanding items, follow up with stakeholders, and flag issues or bottlenecks to the Deal Execution Manager.
- Assist with closing – Support in driving deals through lender requests, purchase agreements, and final closing requirements.
- Maintain trackers & updates – Keep deal trackers current, provide timely updates, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SBA lending, seller financing, DSCR mechanics, and LOI terms
- Strong ability to organize and track multiple tasks or deals simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset to support the team in resolving deal flow challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in M&A support, deal execution, lending administration, or financial/transaction coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control in handling documents.
- Backgrounds in investment banking, Big 4, or deal advisory are welcome to apply.
