**Meaningful Work From Day**
One This role heads up the On-Premise Channel in B-F Philippines. It reports to the Country Manager and is part of the leadership team in B-F Philippines. The role is vital to develop strategies to build leadership market share in the On-Premise channels, building B-F portfolio of products for the next level of growth. Strong business acumen and a very good understanding of the On-Premise environment in the Philippines is necessary to succeed in this role. The role requires good interpersonal skills to manage people and also external customers. It is expected to be hands-on in the role, and able to formulate and develop the expansion plans for the channel, to grow and drive an unified goal to achieve results.
**What You Can Expect**
+ Map out the full potential of the on-premise channels, formula and develop the strategies to gain and capture market leadership.
+ Advocacy and build strong relationships with top customers and gain top-of-mind loyalty with B-F brands.
+ Develop and build B-F portfolio of products with the on-premise channels.
+ Design the route-to-market strategy for On-Premise channel.
+ Identify and develop untapped opportunities.
+ Work closely with the Marketing and Advocacy team to build on-premise programs to achieve goals.
+ Foster strong understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
+ Foster a fact-based, data-driven culture to planning and decision making.
+ Develop and implement B-F Commercial Way for Emerging Asia to measure and track the performance of the commercial activities, programs and plans.
+ Good people management skills.
+ Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities and consumer habits/trends.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Tertiary education, qualified in a business-related field
+ More than 4 years experience in On-Premise sales with a proven track record
+ Expert in on-premise environment and superb skills in customer/client management experience
+ Trade Marketing management experience is an added advantage
+ Experience working in an international environment
+ Proven sales achievements
+ Proven people management skills
+ Proven ability achieving objectives and results in a matrix organizational structure
+ Good computer skills with MS Office and the ability to quickly build proficiency in Google G Suite

The National Sales Manager for Regional Distributors is responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and direction for Abbott's Regional Distributors nationally. The incumbent has to be able to build a mutually beneficial business partnership between Abbott and the Regional Distributors in each Geography.

1. Volume
Targets: Deliver distributor sales targets. Monitor progress and develop plans to address variance
Forecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast
2. Distribution
- Responsible for the achievement of distributor Reach and Frequency objectives
- Responsible for the achievement of distributor Call Effectivity objectives
- Responsible for the achievement of Retail Performance Standards for distributor accounts
3. Merchandising
- Responsible for the execution of Merchandising guidelines amongst the distributor accounts
- Responsible for the management of distributor Merchandising Funds
4. Promotions
- Responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of distributor in-store promotions
- Responsible for the management of distributor Trade Promotion Funds
5. Category Management
Drive CatMan Process with distributor customers
**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ With experience working as Key Account Manager and/or Regional Distributor Manager for at least 5 years
+ Currently doing a Distributor NSM Role is preferred
+ Should have strong analytical skills, innovative and organized
+ Presentation and Negotiation Skills, Project Management, Business Analysis
