Primary Technical abilities:

  1. Monitoring Specialist Task Proficiency

a. Knowledgeable in PC Operating System (Windows 98/XP/2000/7 and higher);

  • Coordinates with external partners of Finance, and discusses and recommends improvement in the processes to ensure speedy and accurate delivery of services to internal EDC Group of Companies;
  • Contributes in the creation of a system or a process that can help manage the site's financial resources;
  • Coordinates with the site on operational and financial performance key metrics and works with the Business Analytics & Systems Support team to build the necessary analytics;
  • Provides diagnostics on the financial impact of proposed solutions on company bottom-line and points out potential areas of vulnerability and risk; and,
  • Generate analysis of gathered data in order to provide inputs to business scenarios to support decision-making.

Job Description

Your role as a Production Monitoring Analyst is responsible for tracking and analyzing daily production performance to ensure targets are met. This role supports production planning, identifies process inefficiencies, and prepares reports to guide decision-making and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules in coordination with production supervisors and management.
  • Monitor daily production performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and output goals.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, or delays.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights on production flow and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of production planning, materials usage, and process documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, document control, and communication with suppliers or other departments.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be 25 years old or above.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or administrative support in a similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and familiarity with planning
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
