Ø  Plan and implement Periodic Maintenance of machine; daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

Ø  Perform daily inspection and data gathering of machine.

Ø  Report unusual machine condition to the supervisor.

Ø  Identify root cause of the problems encountered on the machine.

Ø  Troubleshoot all problem (Minor and Major) and come up with the countermeasure to prevent recurrence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation to design, develop, implement, and maintain automated systems and processes in our manufacturing and production environments. The ideal candidate will have a good foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, coupled with hands-on experience in automation technologies such as PLCs, robotics, HVAC and industrial control systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Integrate electrical and mechanical components for automated production lines, packaging machines, or material handling systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi/Omron).
• Work with robotics systems and servo motion control for process optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams, P&IDs, schematics, and control system layouts.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure all systems meet safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and production engineers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide corrective action plans for system failures or inefficiencies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with engineering goals.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, and validation of new automation equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automation, industrial control systems, or electro-mechanical engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, motor drives and sensors
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks) an advantage
