KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Model Development & Management

• Create and manage detailed 3D models of MEP systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Clash Detection & Resolution

• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and BIM360
• Generate clash reports and collaborate with design teams to resolve conflicts

Documentation & Compliance

• Extract 2D drawings, schematics, and details from 3D models for construction documentation
• Ensure all models comply with project-specific BIM standards and protocols
• Support QA/QC processes related to BIM outputs

Project Support & Analysis

• Assist in scheduling, cost estimation, and material tracking using BIM tools
• Provide technical input during design reviews and client presentations
• Support tender documentation and construction phase coordination

Library & Standards Management

• Maintain and expand the BIM content library, including custom families and templates

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Drafting Technology or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of technical experience in MEP BIM coordination and modeling.
• Revit MEP (required), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360.
• Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment with MEP design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Specific Job Description

• Monitor the overall construction schedule, focusing on common areas, amenities, and back-of-house facilities, to ensure alignment with key project milestones and turnover targets.

• Participate in inspections and testing activities to verify quality, functionality, and compliance with project standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Sanitary Engineer with 3–5 years of site supervision experience.

• Design and Layout
