Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to applicant inquiries via email, phone, social media, or in person

Must have:

  • Experience with Employee Relations or Labor Relations for 1-3 years
  • Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
  • Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
  • Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations
  • Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
