•Receive orders of clients thru phone call, SMS message, facsimile message, and/ or email. < r>•Accurately log orders on designated Order Forms. < r>•Prepare correct sticker labels and other documents for delivery and shipment (such as packing list, transport certificate, and PAL forms) < r>•Sterilize vials and dispensing tools. < r>•Perform Daily Constancy on Dose Calibrator. < r>•Dispense radiopharmaceuticals (Tc99m/TI-201 / I-131) < r>•Pack radiopharmaceuticals for delivery < r>•Perform strict Quality Control on radiopharmaceuticals < r>•Proper waste disposal and clean-up of assigned area < r>•Assist in the inventory of supplies, etc. < r>•Assist in the management of radioactive waste < r>•Immediately reports any untoward incident to supervisor/ manager < r>•Endorsement of unfinished tasks < r>•Accurately accomplish assigned tasks. < r>•Maintain laboratory in clean and orderly condition;

br>Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, and other immunology tests)
