The role will focus on supporting GE Molecular Imaging (MI) ASEAN and develop molecular imaging business for Philippines. The role may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Be responsible for supporting customer relationship and product sales for MI products, and to support MI business for product and sales and able to drive more proactive customer engagement for product positioning, technical presentation, value proposition and post-sales customer engagement with better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GEHC products.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Maximize MI funnel, orders, sales, market share and margin to next level for sustainable business grow
+ Drive realization of revenue thru execution of on-site delivery targets
+ Support sales activities in ASEAN region when needed (Society congress, demo/visit/presentation, product configuration, product management, training and regional KOL engagement etc.)
+ Lead pre-sale clinical applications at new installations and existing install base to customer satisfaction, bound to GEHC global standards
+ Become recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies; answer a wide range of questions concerning product and clinical MI side.
+ Market growth initiatives (i.e. industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, and clinical sites).
+ Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Produce product quotes, configuration validation, learn and lead product sales process
+ Successful candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
+ Possess strong interpersonal and customer and management skills, has ability to work in high-pressure environments and places personal and business integrity at forefront.
+ Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuous engagement on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
+ Use market and product knowledge for product positioning, technical presentation, customer engagement for entire sales cycle which includes product sales and marketing support for customer success and satisfaction.
+ Effective communication skills to increase productivity
+ Generates and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers
+ Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
+ Primary focus will be to provide support to MI segment customers in Philippines but also periodically support our users within the other countries in ASEAN.
+ Collaborate and support regulatory registration for MI products for Philippines. Lead regulatory approvals for calibration sources for MI products in Philippines and support ASEAN countries.
**Quality Specific Goals:**
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, and relevant Int'l Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or Int'l / local Law is broken.
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Int'l / local Law is broken
+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines and identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
+ Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ BSc/MSc, Associates, preferably Medical Imaging technology or Nuclear Medicine
+ Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment
+ Demonstrated Sales experience of Medical imaging equipment. Basic knowledge of Molecular Imaging products considered as preferred candidature.
+ Knowledge in handling MS office tools, presentation skills, Excel works for business presentation and proficiency in communication skills are required.
+ Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to regional sales meetings and tradeshows
+ Local language, fluent English, and additional languages are an advantage.
+ Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory and periodically within ASEAN
+ To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GEHC owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record

The Product Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact for support cases. The PSS (Product Support Specialist) directly reports to the Support Manager. The successful candidate is expected to troubleshoot, answer basic queries, and direct the client towards proper use and management of the software application.
Responsibilities
- Attend to support cases via phone, email, or online web tools
- Answer enquiries and prepare materials on product usage and sales
- Analyze and categorize issues to eventually route the support cases to the right support staff
