ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Representative to join our growing compliance and QA team. This role involves reviewing clinical documentation (notes, therapy orders), ensuring all therapist-submitted content meets internal standards and Medicare/home health regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and approve therapist notes in TherapySync, including SOCs, Evaluations, Reassessments, Discharges, and therapy orders.
- Validate Therapy orders, and documentation quality per our QA guidelines.
- Follow up with therapists on missing or incomplete items (e.g., consent forms, therapy orders)
- Communicate via WhatsApp, Discord, and email to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Ensure notes contain consistent details and meet medical necessity standards
- Flag non-compliant or incomplete documentation for correction
- Maintain accurate internal logs of approvals, returns, and therapist responsiveness
REQUIREMENTS:
- RN (Registered Nurse) or PT (Physical Therapist) license preferred
- Home health experience required-understanding of SOC, OASIS, Eval, and DC notes is critical
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with therapy documentation
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace, TherapySync, email, and WhatsApp
- Comfortable working in WebWork and Discord to log hours and coordinate with team
- Reliable internet and consistent availability during scheduled hours

After the training period, the QA Analyst can work from their home (WFH)
At the discretion of the IMS QA Leader, after a reasonable period, if the workflow is adequate, the QA Analyst may continue to WFH, but on a shift aligned with Daytime working hours in the Philippines.
The standard Peak workstation hardware, with an 2nd screen, should be sufficient for the QA Analyst; no laptop is required
