Key Responsibilities:
Patient Intake & Triage
Manage inbound patient referrals through EMR and internal systems
Accurately enter and verify demographic and insurance information
Apply triage protocols based on CPAP/CCM compliance metrics
Assign patients to appropriate clinical personnel based on internal workflows
Medical Data & System Management
Reconcile patient information between EMR systems and internal platforms
Upload daily compliance reports and maintain accurate logs
Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and documentation
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain clear, structured, and real-time documentation of all transactions
Contribute to internal SOPs and process documentation
