I. Job Role
With core function to promote and sell high quality, innovative medical laboratory, diagnostic reagents, / supplies and medical equipment to medical institution across region. Establish professional and high value service to respective health professionals, key decision makers and end users for a successful acquisition and delivery of the right biomedical supplies and equipment that would provide an outstanding service and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently promote company products to key decision makers, health professionals and end users by ensuring product visibility and availability.
- Exceed achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs in assigned territory by consistently developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to optimize business growth in the area.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular call visit to check on present needs and offer continues support.
- Conduct effective product presentations, product sampling, and one-on-one detailing that will educate health professionals about the value of our products and equipment.
- Oversee full process of sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales support
- Submit accurate and timely reports, account updates, market research, and sales documentation and performance metrics.
- Represent the company in biddings, medical events and activities that will be required by management and exhibit professionalism at all times.
- Attend regular meetings, conferences and trainings.
- Monitor account movement and negotiate sales agreement for win win solution between the company and the client/s.
I. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years minimum sales experience in the medical laboratory equipment and supplies
- With valid driver's license and available to travel extensively within Metro Manila and regional assignments that maybe required in the future.
- Accepts fresh graduates
